General Information

**Login**

It's free to join Zinda, simply login via (Google, Microsoft, and/or Facebook) to get started

After logging in, you will land on the _dashboard_. The menu will display all options that apply to individuals

**Dashboard**

The dashboard is where you will click on the '_menu_' to view your navigation options and click on your user '_profile icon_' to view your current Zinda journey

 _Stats_: 

Displays up to date data on the current state of the plaform for events, members, users, and organizations

_Snippets_:

Click on 'Did you Know?' to view the event details related to that AI generated fact

Click on 'Support by Giving' to view the individuals Zinda journey details 

Click on 'Organizations' to view all organizations currently on the platform

Click on 'Discover' to view all public events

_Events for you_:

This section displays all public events and any private events that are applicable to you

1. You can click on an event to see the event details
2. You can click on the heart emoji to support the event
3. You can click on the flag emoji to mark yourself as attending the event
4. You can click on the microphone emoji to go to the event's wall

_Filters_ (provided to help you quickly navigate the information)

**My Events** - displays events that you have supported, donated to, and/or plan to attend/attended

**Explore Organizations**

To explore organizations, click on '_Explore Organizations_' in the menu or click 'Organizations' under 'Snippets' on the dashboard

_Filters_:

**My Organizations** - allows you to display organizations that you are a member or supporter of

**Type** - allows you to filter by organization type (non-profit or corporation)

To view an organization's details, click into the organization from the organization view

The 'Summary' is an AI generated snapshot of the organization's overall financial status from a positive perspective using revenue, expense, assets, and liabilities from the most recent IRS data.

**Discover Events**

To discover events, click on '_Discover Events_' in the menu

**Event Details**

To view event details, click into the event from the _dashboard_ and/or _discover events_ in the menu

**Zinda Journey**

To view your Zinda journey, click on '_Zinda Journey_' in the menu (journey entries are clickable)

**Your Donations**

To view your donations, click on '_Your Donations_' in the menu

To view your events, click on '_Your Events_' in the menu (click on event name to go to the event page and/or click on organization name to go to the organization's page)

**Profile**

To view your profile, click on '_Profile_' in the menu (profile is view only, except organization icons are clickable and will take you to the organization's page)

Non-Profit Administrators

**Non-Profit Administrator**:

_Apply_ to join the Zinda platform by clicking '_Apply to Join Zinda_'

**Organizations**

Organizations are initially created by Zinda administrators. Zinda admins also initially assign an organization administrator and then you can assign additional as needed. An admin can only be assigned to one organization at a time. The majority of the fields are editable except _verification status_ and _type_. You can add their social media links (optional).

Click '_Organization_' in the menu and enter the required information + click '_Update_'

**Edit Organization** 

To edit the organization information, click on '_Organization_' in the menu and it will automatically display in edit mode. Make changes and click '_Update_'

**Organization Members**

You are responsible for adding and removing your members on the platform. You should see youself displayed as the administrator for your organization.

Click on '_Members_' in the menu

**Add Members** (click '_Add Members'_ and follow on-screen instructions + click '_Create Members_')

**Assign Member as Admin**

Assign a member as an organization admin by toggling the administrator slider on. Toggle off to unassign.

Payments

**Stripe Payments**

Connect your payment provider to Zinda which will enable your organization to receive donations (if applicable), follow the instructions below:

After going to your PayPal developer dashboard, click on 'Apps & Credentials'

**Create Events**

To create a new event go to the menu and click '_Events_'

Create a new event by clicking '_Create New_'

Enter event details + click '_Save Draft_'

Note: After saving the draft event, these options will be displayed. This is where the AI generated content can be enabled. If no AI content is desired, click '_Save Draft_' to save but not publish the event, or '_Save and Publish_' to publish the event. Once published, the event has limited edit options.
